SEWWI LEARNS

My name is Prathibha Madigapola but my friends call me Sewwi. I was born in Sri Lanka but I was raised in the San Fernando Valley. I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and a minor in Science Education. I am curently a graduate student in the Teacher Education Program at UCSB hoping to get my single subject teaching credential in Biology. I am also currentlt student-teaching in the Santa Barbara Unified School District.

 

In my free time, I love to be out in nature with my handsome 8yr old Labrador Springer Mix, Lucky. I also love curling up with a good book or sketching and painting. I am excited for the year to come and can't wait to have my own classroom.
